PRIDE Seeds Celebrating 60 Years of Excellence in Canada

More than seventy years ago a small company from Southwestern Ontario helped launch the evolution of hybrid seed corn in Canada. The launch of hybrid seed corn fundamentally changed corn production as producers were able to achieve new levels of standability and yield. The early efforts of the King family revolutionized corn production in Canada, leading to the launch of the PRIDE Seeds brand in Canada in 1950.
In 2010 we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the PRIDE Seeds brand in Canada. In celebrating 60 years of commitment to Canadian agriculture, the team at PRIDE Seeds looks to a future of growth based on the continued introduction of best in class genetics and technologies to meet the bottom line needs of our customers.
